OUR MISSION

The mission of New American Resource Center (NARC) is to advocate and promote self-sufficiency for the whole family through employment, education, cultural and social support, economic empowerment, and their health well-beings in overall for new Americans. At NAR center, you are welcome regardless of color, race, ethnicity, religion, economic status, and other distinctions.

OUR VISION

The vision of New American Resource Center (NARC) is to build a supportive, collaborative community between the communities in Columbus, Ohio and other stakeholders including the state and local government, the non-profit organization, private organizations, and companies. Our Annual Events reflect the progress and success of each program conducted by the New American Center. Our external and internal reports highlight of every aspect outreached, assessed, evaluated, referred, and followed quarterly.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to address the needs of a diverse group of families and their communities by building on the strengths of the individuals’ cultural heritage and life experiences. New American Resource Center (NARC) participants will be educated and enlightened to become successful, lifelong learners and valuable members of the Columbus, Ohio community. Our after-school program will provide support for the English Language Learners (ELL). Such support will enable students to achieve on the same basis as native speakers of English and to participate successfully in the mainstream of American society.
